1. That Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port does support PD. You may charge through that port! In fact that is a full-featured port with support to almost anything.
2. You can play game on this machine since it has quad-core variant now. All you need is an external graphic card via Thunderbolt 3. It's 2x lanes, but still, better than nothing.
