  1. Mine is horrible, every time I wake it from sleep I have to restart it to be able to hear out of the speakers. And half the time videos don't work until I restart it, dell support is useless. They had my uninstall and reinstall half my programs and it still does it, this thing is hot garbage bad!

  2. Guy in the Green shirt is an Apple sheep… Apple laptop battery's are glued in… the dell is an easy installation and and the replacement batteries are only $60.00…

  3. I got one today at costco… Loaded with 512gb ssd and 16gb ram… not the rose gold one… not worth the extra $50.00… and it has the i7… all for $1,350.00

  4. Nice review! Would u recommend this as a 4K video editing device or the 15 xps model? Looking for the smallest portable laptop at s good price 🙁

  5. Don't ever try to buy Dell XPS 13. Repair USB-C port cost me: 2 motherboards, 3 Windows systems, 3 dongles, 2 cases and 5 visits technician within 2 months! They use outsourcing companies for repair equipment. It take time and you can't expect any quality of their service (my laptop has been damaged more). The premium warranty is only about call centre which is located in English native speaking countries.
