ctrl + tab is useful when you only have two tabs, I literally never find it useful. Also you are comparing two devices with different prices.
I've been using Ubuntu and could replicate all my settings on a new computer in less than 1 hour depending on the networks, and my settings is being backup everyday. Granted it's the accumulation of many years of my setup. If I lost them, I'd probably spend months just to get it right again, but it still won't be the same
my 2012 macbook smokes my wife's surface she bought a few months, and now has crashed. my 2017 15" macbook just isn't in the same league as some of these windows notebooks at the same band… not talking alienware.

Install Linux on that Dell before comparing it with the Mac. I bet it's no longer sluggish! But then it's no longer a Windows laptop.

ok i get it, my entire plan of buying a ryzen 9 processor and setting up ubuntu is not worth it, better to buy a mac
he's just an apple lover that's all … on i5 cpu i got 20 tabs with random pages and 3 facebook tabs where i have scrolled down to infinity and it can Ctrl + tab through them in a flash…he has clearly sabotaged hes laptop there…
