They have many faults, but the worst is that if you open your camera, the music stops.

Initially, these were a Xmas gift but my brother kept saying that he needed a set for work and I was afraid he was going to end up buying a pair and then my gift would be… useless. So let’s say he had an early Xmas gift (he’s old enough so I guess necessity comes over surprise in this cases)
Unfortunately after a few uses the earbuds have stopped working and have become unresponsive to my brother’s iPhone commands.
Volume is a gamble, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
If you’re connected but you open your iPhone’s camera, earbuds stop playing music.
Right earbud won’t turn off
Left earbud won’t fully charge
🤦🏼♀️😤 A complete nightmare!
Return window had closed but thanks to Amazon, I can still return for a full refund (by paying the return myself and waiting for my complete money back).
Now I’m back at step 1 (I have no gift for my brother), I have wasted my time on having to contact customer services twice, now I have to waste my time going to the post office and on top of everything… I look bad because I’ve given my brother a set of earbuds that are not even POUND SHOP WORTHY

I’m going to upload a video for you to see how this earbuds have been manufactured wrong or… Perhaps we’re getting sold a faulty item. I will never know.
